There are multiple portals with which you will interact. The following outlines the different portals and the most common tasks you perform there.

Power platform admin center | https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com | This is the centralized launching point to reach all Power platform admin information. If you have the required administrator privileges, from here you can manage environments as well as launch the individual admin portals. You can also view CDS, PowerApps, and Flow Analytics from here.

PowerApps Admin Portal | https://admin.powerapps.com | Creating and managing environments, including security, starts here.

PowerApps Maker Portal | https://make.powerapps.com | This portal is where you will spend most of your time building canvas and model-driven apps. Most of the changes to CDS will be done here unless you are using some of the features that still require the classic solution explorer. |
Microsoft Flow Maker Portal | https://flow.microsoft.com | If you are building flows that are not associated with a CDS solution and just for personal productivity this is where you can directly go to build a flow. Building flows intended to be deployed in an enterprise project as part of a solution package will be done from web.powerapps.com. |
Dynamics 365 Admin Center | https://admin.dynamics.com | The Dynamics 365 Admin Center is used to get to CDS Instance Management as well as to submit support tickets related to Dynamics 365. |
Dynamics 365 Instance Management | https://port.crm.dynamics.com/G/Instances/InstancePicker.aspx | This instance management portal is reached from admin.powerapps.com when managing the CDS database or from the Dynamics 365 admin center. Here you will see a list of all the CDS databases and can perform actions such as backup, as well as other actions on a per instance basis. As a functional consultant, you might end up here to install one of the Dynamics 365 applications in your development or test instances. Microsoft 365 admin center | https://portal.office.com/AdminPortal | Here you manage users and their license assignment. You can also launch into many of the individual admin centers from here. |
